We want you to be completely satisfied with Thawly Pro. If it's not the right fit, we've made it easy to get a refund.
1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Thawly Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked. Simply email us at support@thawly.ai with the email address associated with your account.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your Thawly Pro subscription at any time through your account dashboard or the Creem customer portal. Upon cancellation:
- You will not be charged for any future billing periods
- You will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing cycle
- After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the free tier
- Your data (task history, brain dump items) will be retained and still accessible
3. Renewal Refunds
Refunds are generally not provided for automatic subscription renewals. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If you were charged for an unwanted renewal and contact us within 48 hours, we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@thawly.ai with:
- Your account email address
- The date of purchase
- The reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
